New Braunfels sits at the southern boundary of our service area, where a genuinely historic core meets some of the fastest new development in the region. Those two halves of town need almost opposite things from an HVAC company.
In the older neighborhoods, central air was added to houses that were never designed for it — ductwork retrofitted into tight attics, returns missing from back bedrooms, and distribution problems that get misdiagnosed as equipment problems for years. In the newer subdivisions the equipment is fine and the ducts were installed fast and never balanced, so rooms at the end of a run sit warm from June through September.
Summers here are long and humid, and humidity control matters as much as raw cooling capacity — an oversized system cools quickly, shuts off, and leaves the air damp. Every New Braunfels visit includes a full system evaluation with photos and video of what we found, and three options with the real numbers rather than a single quote.
