Cedar Creek is spread out in a way that changes how HVAC work gets done here. Homes sit on larger lots along county roads, many well back from the highway, and plenty of contractors quietly price the drive into the job. We route Bastrop County deliberately so that does not happen.
The housing is mixed — older ranch homes, manufactured homes, and newer builds on acreage. What they share is distance from the nearest service call, which means a small problem left alone tends to become an emergency. Electric resistance heat is common out here and expensive to run. Propane systems are common too, and almost never get serviced until they fail. Heavy tree cover means condensers pack with debris faster than most homeowners expect.
We would rather find those things in April than in the third week of July. Every visit includes a full system evaluation — airflow, refrigerant charge, duct condition, electrical — with photos and video of what we actually found, and three options rather than one quote.
